PALADIN fs DATA PROTECTION PLEDGE & CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT

1. UNILATERAL PLEDGE OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Paladin fs, LLC ("Paladin") hereby pledges to protect all non-public information, financial data, business plans, and pricing details shared through the BTO platform ("Confidential Information"). This commitment is binding upon Paladin regardless of whether a counter-signature is provided by the Bank.

2. THE PALADIN BLUE BOOK & VENDOR INTEGRITY

Paladin maintains a strict policy of non-violation of confidences. We explicitly pledge that:

• No Publication of Specifics: We will not publish or release any specific vendor data, pricing information, contractual specifics, or commercial terms provided by you to any other institution or the public.
• Legacy of Stewardship: This policy extends to all confidences held between Paladin, our third-party suppliers, and all of our clients—past, present, and future.
• Aggregate Use Only: Any advice, direction, or recommendations provided via the BTO are derived solely from our direct experience in aggregate. Your data will never be used to expose your specific commercial position.

3. AI SAFETY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY

• No Model Training: Paladin will not use your Confidential Information to train, tune, or improve any generative AI models or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all data uploaded and all reports generated through the BTO platform.
• Limited Access: Access to your raw data is restricted to authorized Paladin personnel with a specific "need to know" to facilitate your analysis.

4. DURATION & JURISDICTION

This commitment remains in effect for five (5) years from the date of data disclosure and survives any potential business relationship. This pledge is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with any disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
